Mission Statement 

Camgill Enterprises Ltd. has more than 30 years of real estate and development experience throughout North America with our current portfolio focused primarily in the booming natural resource centres of Western Canada.  The wide-ranging experience and entrepreneurial spirit of our principals translate into a very diverse portfolio of real estate including shopping centres, industrial buildings, office space, multi-family units, vineyards and development lands.

Our current property portfolio consists of more than 30 properties, approximately 800,000 square feet of space in markets from Winnipeg MB, to Grande Prairie AB, to Fernie BC.  Currently in the development phase is an additional 350,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. We also have a significant stock of commercial land in growth markets such as Fort McMurray, Nisku, Grande Prairie, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Cold Lake that we will be developing over the next five years. 

Our experienced team of professionals is committed to maximizing the value of all our developments, paying close attention to the latest market and industry trends.  Our ability to negotiate and close deals quickly and efficiently allows us to take advantage of opportunities, giving us a competitive edge in the market place.  Creating and maintaining exceptional relations with national tenants and financially successful local companies has allowed us to build a high yielding portfolio and experience continual growth. 

We pride ourselves on offering our tenants the best exposure to expanding and changing markets by positioning ourselves in high traffic areas to ensure their continued success and increase the value of our real estate.  We strive for a win-win approach to problem solving - whether it's collaborating with tenants, builders or regulatory bodies - to produce positive results across the board.
